Once a client is onboarded and the project has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This is because:
- Our services are time-based and resource-driven
- Work begins immediately after onboarding
- Strategies, planning, and execution involve dedicated effort and costs
Instead of refunds, RiverBird.in is committed to:
- Delivering the agreed services
- Optimizing campaigns and strategies
- Providing continued support within the scope of the project
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation before the project begins
- Once the project has started, cancellation will not be eligible for any refund
- Any cancellation request must be made in writing (email or official communication)
Service Commitment
In case of any dissatisfaction:
- Clients are encouraged to communicate concerns
- RiverBird.in will make reasonable efforts to revise, optimize, or improve deliverables within the agreed scope
Payment Terms
- All payments made are non-refundable once services begin
- Delay in payment may result in pause or termination of services
- Additional services outside the agreed scope will be charged separately
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if:
- RiverBird.in fails to initiate the agreed service within the committed timeline
- A written agreement explicitly mentions refund eligibility
