Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid services engaged with Riverbird unless a signed proposal or contract states otherwise.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an engagement in writing to info@riverbird.in. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable per the agreed statement of work.

Refunds

Refunds are considered for unused prepaid amounts or where deliverables were not provided as agreed. Marketing spend already deployed to third-party platforms (ads, domains, licenses) is generally non-refundable.

Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, subject to banking timelines.
